Build My Kitchen offers a supply only service and are happy to work with independent people such as builders and electricians when installing a kitchen. This means that clients can choose to have appliances fitted by their own installers, or use the Build My Kitchen fitters.
Yes, of course. In many cases, people like to replace their worktops to give a new lease of life to their existing kitchen without the disruption or cost of replacing the whole thing. While doing this, we can replace tiles, splashbacks, hobs and sinks if desired.

All our base and wall units are made to order from 18mm melamine faced chipboard edged with 1mm ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) thermoplastic edge banding. The units are not “flat packed” or multi drilled as they are made bespoke to each client. Units requiring left-hand doors are drilled and fitted with left-hand fittings, but the team will take all of your needs and requirements into consideration with planning your kitchen installation.
Units are made to order and matched to your chosen door colour to ensure consistency throughout the kitchen. The unit is then delivered fully constructed with doors and/or drawers fitted using high quality "Blum or Hettich" soft closing components. Wall units also have a recessed lighting option if required.
Unfortunately, we are not able to directly sell products from our website. However, if you would like to send details over of items that you require, we are able to quote and supply without you needing to visit the showroom.
Pre-installation surveys are carried out as a precautionary measure. This enables the team to double check all details such as measurements, services, products and highlight any areas that may cause concern during installation. While we try to eliminate all complications, we cannot be held liable for anything that is uncovered once your kitchen is removed, as in rare circumstance unforeseen issues do arise.
We can attempt to make changes to your kitchen, but sometimes this is not possible as all units are made to order. We will endeavour to complete the necessary changes; however, this may incur additional costs depending on the stage of the build.
Different areas of your kitchen carry different manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 year on appliances to a lifetime on our soft-closing drawers and hinges. Please contact the team for more precise information.
We advise that you never use any harsh or abrasive cleaners on your new kitchen as this could affect finishes, colouring or scratch the material. We also recommend that you use a soft cloth and wipe over with a dry cloth to remove excess and prevent smearing on high gloss finishes.
