In this instance, we worked closely with our wonderful client to transform their boot room and utility room – the results are superb!

Completing This Project

Maximising storage was the main priority of this project. During the initial stages, our skilled designers focused on ensuring that each space was used efficiently; this also included arranging for custom doors to be built to seamlessly fit the size of the rooms and the existing beams.

For both rooms, our client chose the timeless Mornington Shaker style doors by Second Nature Kitchens, complete in the shade Lava and topped with Silestone Ethereal Glow worktops.

The boot room featured integrated appliances, including a Neff fridge and freezer, along with a Franke Belfast Ceramic White sink. Our team also cleverly incorporated a timber seating area into our client’s Mornington Shaker unit, which they completed with stunning statement tiling.

For their utility room, our client opted for a Franke Maris Stainless Steel sink accompanied by a Franke Icon Pull Out tap in matt black. The area was completed with bespoke cupboards custom-made to house their cleaning products, hoover and other essentials.
